Nathan has been known as “Pastor Pratt” at Madison Scouts since marching in 2010. He has taught the brass line since 2013 while leading Box 7 Ministries for the corps. He and his wife, Sierra, are moving from Bloomington, Indiana to Denton, Texas, this September for a five-month Residency with the central Box 7 team. In January 2018, he and Sierra will take a spring sabbatical to hike the Appalachian Trail.
Last school year, Nathan taught middle school music full-time and worked for Box 7 part-time. This fall Residency will be an increase in his hours and compensation for Box 7, so we are raising additional support through our partnership with Reliant Mission.
What is Nathan’s role?
What is the financial goal?
What does funding cover?
Your financial gift to Reliant Mission in the central account for Box 7 Ministries (Fund # 0841) will be used as a monthly subsidy towards Nathan's budget during this residency.
All gifts are tax-deductible. This special opportunity will bring the Box 7 team together to be funded, living, and working as a local team for the first time.
Thank you for your prayers and consideration of how to be involved with how God is working in Box 7 Ministries this fall. If you have questions, contact Evan Woods at email@example.com
Give a single gift to Reliant Mission to subsidize Nathan's ministry residency with Box 7.
Could you consider $100, $250, or $500 as a single gift? Year-end gifts will also be welcome to support the last two months of this residency.
Begin a monthly gift as part of the Future Staff Fund with Reliant. During Nathan's residency, this will contribute to his subsidy. Ongoing, your gift will support future staff and interns who are hired by Reliant to work with Box 7.
Could you consider $35, $50, or $100 per month?
Nathan & Sierra will live in the "Box 7 House" that we rent on W. Hickory St. in Denton. This house is also used for our main UNT student ministry dinner and Bible studies on Wednesdays.
Our staff and volunteers will work together at the Christian Campus Community building, owned by Singing Oaks Church of Christ, where we have dedicated space for Box 7 Ministries.
